Founder

I am a clinical operations and business development professional with more than 10 years of experience working across both sponsors and CRO environments, primarily in early-phase oncology, hematology, CAR-T therapies, and complex immunology programs.

Throughout my career I have worked at the intersection of clinical strategy, CRO oversight, clinical outsourcing, and financial structuring of clinical trials. I have been involved in defining development strategies, supporting FIH programs, structuring budgets, and negotiating large clinical projects with biotech and pharma partners.

My background spans operational trial execution, CRO selection and governance, contract discussions, and cross-functional alignment in high-stakes programs. In parallel, my role in business development has given me direct exposure to strategic positioning, proposal evaluation, and negotiation dynamics within the biotech ecosystem.

I bring a structured, financially disciplined, and independent perspective to early-stage biotech teams navigating their transition into clinical development.
